WHAT DOES WARNING THRESHOLD STATUS MEAN?

This appears in the setting page of your VTU Shop. It is a very important widget that should be set at ACTIVE in your VTU Shop. Note that your users depend on the wallet balance you have in kingsvtu.com; with this in mind its imperative you keep your KingsVTU constantly funded so your users will not have challenges if they place orders when your KingsVTU balance is low.   It is advised that you decided how much you want your minimum threshold to be. If you set your threshold to #5000 for instance, the moment your kingsvtu.ng wallet drops below #5000 you will get a mail notifying you that your wallet balance has fallen below your minimum threshold. This keeps you well informed.   Also note that as a Shop Owner its highly advised that you have an account in your VTU Shop. You really dont need to visit kingsvtu.com unless for wallet funding or to check status of an order.

HOW TO LINK YOUR VTU SHOP TO KINGSVTU.NG AFTER CREATING YOUR SHOP

Congratulations of creating a VTU Shop with your reliable portal KIngsvtu.ng. You now have to link your VTU Shop to Kingsvtu.ng for products and other services. First step is to login to kingsvtu.ng then click on API SETTING on the MENU.  Next, GENERATE NEW API KEYS You will need the three keys:(1) API KEY(2) PUBLIC KEY & (3) SECRET KEY Insert the keys correctly into the API Setting page on your VTU shop then save. That’s all.

HOW TO EDIT KINGSVTU OUT OF YOUR VTU SHOP PRODUCTS VIEW

To edit KingsVTU out of your VTU shop simply follow these steps: 1. Login to you shop. Go to CATALOGUES2. Click on CATEGORY3. Click on VIEW/EDIT A new page will appear. Go to DESCRIPTION then change the KINGSVTU.NG written there to your shop name This must be done for the five CATEGORIES as shown above.

HOW TO CHANGE THE FAVICON OF YOUR VTU SHOP

FAVICON is the logo/image that shows at the top right corner on a browser when something visit the website. Your FAVICON MUST BE SQUARE IN SHAPE just like a DP. Some samples are shown below: Steps for changing your logo: 1. Login to your admin section 2. Go to GENERAL SETTINGS 3. You will see the option for FAVICON. Click Browse then upload your FAVICON image 4. Click UPDATE

HOW TO ADD USER LEVELS ON YOUR VTU SHOP

FOLLOW THESE EASY STEPS: 1. Login and click on Customer Management on the menu.2. click on CUSTOMER LEVELS The next page will appear: Default level is CUSTOMER We advice that u stick to 2 or 3 levels maximum Click on ADD CUSTOMER LEVEL. You can then fill this form very carefully FILL IN THIS FORMAT… accurately. note that u can put any name of your choice The above images means that this shop has two user levels now. When new users register on this shop, they will be on CUSTOMER LEVEL. To upgrade to VIP level,  they must have at least 200 naira. Your portal will debit them 200naira then the referrer will get 100naira bonus.   The shops are designed to give out 50% of the upgrade fee to the referrer. If u give ppl your ref code then the bonus will go to your wallet on your shop. You can now enter prices in the variation as shown above. This is only possible after creating user levels on your VTU Shop. It is advised that you stick to two user levels;editing prices when service providers change their prices can be stressful if you have many user levels.

HOW TO SET REFERRAL BONUS ON YOUR VTU SHOP

Aside from the bonus your users may get when their downlines upgrade to a higher level (which we expect that all Shop owners would have set in the CUSTOMER LEVEL on admin menu), your users can earn bonuses when their downlines buy airtime or data products. You can set this bonus by inserting  decimal figures in the REFERRAL PERCENTAGE has shown in this image above. Your users will get bonus when their downlines buy airtime and data. WHAT TO DO AFTER ADMIN HAS APPROVED YOUR NEW VTU SHOP

Creation of the shop is immediate after admin approves you. You (the merchant) will receive an email showing your credentials. You will then have to:1. Login to your admin section then setup your shop by pulling categories, products and variations;2. ⁠setup a preferred email configuration (Optional)3. ⁠configure API settings(KINGSVTU API) by entering their public and secret API keys gotten from your KingsVTU dashboard4. ⁠configure more shop settings such as support link, logo, favicon, etc.5. ⁠configure your Payment processor settings. MONNIFY as payment processor. An admin will guide you on how to register your business with MONNIFY. It is free and easy.

PRODUCTS WITH VARIATIONS: Explanations

Some products have variations. Variation means that the product has different sizes or packages. Examples are MTN SME Data, GLO SME Data, MTN Airtime (VTU and Awuff), DSTV, Electricity Bills (post paid and prepaid). You need to PULL the VARIATIONS from kingsvtu.ng. To do this, login the admin section of your shop. Go to PRODUCTS. Click. The products will appear. Each product has three options: VIEW, DUPLICATE & EDIT VARIATION.   Please! DO NOT DUPLICATE ANY OF THE PRODUCTS. Click on EDIT VARIATION. You will see two sections: PRODUCT DETAILS and VARIATIONS. Click VARIATION. If you see the option that says PULL VARIATION it means the product has variations. Click it. This will pull all the variations from kingsvtu.ng to your portal.     This is what u will do for all the products that have variations. Next step is to edit all your products. You can use our price list https://kingsvtu.ng/prices/ as a guide then edit to suit you
